Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an ordinary return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Email Sales@swagspotclothingco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please request approval before sending an item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers pay return postage for ordinary returns, including a change of mind or a fit preference. Swag Spot Clothing Co. pays return postage for accepted returns of defective items or items we sent incorrectly. Contact us before shipping a defective or wrong item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

For ordinary returns, any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable. U.S. orders qualify for free shipping; international shipping is charged.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with questions about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for ordinary returns. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

For an ordinary exchange, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item you want. For defective or wrong items, contact us for assistance.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
